LogikSavvy Innovations Selected for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Diagnostic Development Initiative

LogikSavvy Innovations has been selected to participate in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Diagnostic Development Initiative (DDI) to accelerate research and innovation to advance the understanding and detection of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.

LogikSavvy Innovations LLC will receive computing credits and customized expertise from Amazon’s cloud computing arm for development of their innovative technology.

Atlanta, GA April 6, 2022 — LogikSavvy Innovations, LLC today announced it has been selected for the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Diagnostic Development Initiative, a global program focused on accelerating research and innovation to advance the collective understanding and detection of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.

Through the initiative, AWS will provide computing credits and customized expertise from the AWS Professional Services team to support customers using the cloud to drive diagnostic innovations. The initiative supports projects in four program areas: early disease detection, diagnostics, prognosis, and public health genomics.

The support from AWS will advance LogikSavvy Innovations efforts to develop their patent pending Integrated Biometric Detection System that listens to the body in real-time, wirelessly for better health outcomes.

LogikSavvy’s Biometric Detection System uses sensing hardware and AWS Internet of Things (IOT) cloud platform to securely connect devices and analyze biometric data from the wearer. AWS IOT interacts with other AWS cloud services to monitor and detect health anomalies that will proactively identify pre-symptomatic trends in viruses and diseases to help mitigate catastrophic health events.

LogikSavvy’s Founder and Inventor, Kathy Bratcher having 20+ years of experience in enterprise IT research and development (R&D) expressed the following:

“As a technologist and inventor, my passion is not only solving problems through technology but impacting our world and community. Developing our technology on the AWS platform will enable us to efficiently analyze large amounts of data within a secure cloud environment. The ability to process complex algorithms to detect pre-symptomatic conditions for early detection of virus and disease is key to our innovation. Early detection means early intervention resulting in lives saved. We are committed to working with our partners, university affiliates and government agencies for advanced research and development (R&D) of innovative technologies that impact our world and empower our community.
In addition, we are committed to bridging the gap between diversity and technology. Our goal is to promote interest and opportunities for women and minorities to build a more diverse and inclusive workforce. The AWS training platform will help to support this initiative”.

Since its launch in March 2020, the AWS Diagnostic Development Initiative has helped more than 85 organizations around the world, ranging from nonprofits and research institutions to startups and large businesses. To learn more, visit: www.aws.amazon.com/ddi.

“Cloud-powered diagnostic tools are critical in the fight against COVID-19 and other infectious diseases,” said Maggie Carter, Global Lead, Social Impact at AWS. “Over the past two years, AWS has seen inspirational results from the Diagnostic Development Initiative. We look forward to helping LogikSavvy Innovations and other organizations worldwide use the cloud to mitigate current and future infectious disease outbreaks.”
